<description>Lina Kusaite has a strong background in such diverse art disciplines as: sculpture, graphics, ceramics, drawing and painting. Her interest and experience stretches from 2d drawing to interactive space design and realization -  as well as fashion design and fabrication.

In 2000, she finished a European Master of Arts (M.A.) in Fashion and Textile Design at the H.K.U. and the Institute Francs de la Mode (Marketing and PR course) in Holland and France. During her studies, Evelina received a citation for the best 'Conceptual Fashion Collection' in Vilnius, Lithuania. She was also nominated for the Netherlands Prince Bernard Cultural Prize - a national award for outstanding achievements in the arts. 

Between 1998 - 2002 she was involved in several workshops and taught seminars on fashion/textiles and drawing. 

In 2001 Evelina was invited to join [url=http://fo.am/]FOAM[/url] (an art and technology organization in Belgium) as an experimental textile designer. 
She continues to collaborate with FOAM in producing: interactive environments (e.g. T-Garden, txOom, TRG); research and development on smart textiles; and illustrations for projects and independent works. These works have been successfully presented in several international Electronic Arts festivals, such as : SIGGraph/ New Orleans, the United States; Ars-Electronica/Linz, Austria; Las Palmas/Rotterdam, the Netherlands; and the Big Torino Festival/Torin, Italy. 

In 2004, Evelina was invited to join the games development studio
[url=http://tale-of-tales.com]'Tale-of-Tales'[/url] (founded by Auriea Harvey and MichaÃ«l Samyn in Gent, Belgium) where she contributed as the concept artist to projects '8' and 'Endless Forest'. 

In 2005, Evelina started a series of collaborative commercial works (such as Chess Calendar 2007 and 'The Game of Chess in 30 Lessons') with graphic design studio [url=http://www.studioer.com/]'ERdesign l.t.d.'[/url] in Israel.
